Why.
Pricing Transparency

Two reasons we don't list exact prices. And they're not what you'd expect.

Most companies hide prices because they're embarrassed by them, or because they're fishing. We don't list ours for two reasons that are actually in your interest.

Same headcount, wildly different needs. A 6-person agency in inner Melbourne with a 4,000-contact CRM and Vault has completely different deployment requirements from a 6-person agency in regional Queensland with 800 contacts and Box+Dice. A public price tag would either undercharge one of them or overcharge the other. Neither is honest.

We want to qualify before we quote. A 20-minute call where we look at your CRM, your enquiry volume, and your current bottlenecks tells us — and you — whether this is the right move. About a third of the calls we take end with us recommending against an engagement. Quoting before that conversation would mean selling to people we shouldn't be selling to.
