2. Eligibility & Use
AxonEstate is intended for business and professional use by real estate agents, teams, and related professionals.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
You are using AxonEstate for lawful business purposes
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and communications
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity performed under your account
Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
AxonEstate is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Subscription Model
AxonEstate is offered on a subscription basis.
Pricing, features, usage limits, and billing intervals are clearly displayed on the website or during checkout.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
AxonEstate does not store or directly process credit card or payment details.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge your payment method according to the chosen plan.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or the payment provider’s customer portal.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund past payments unless stated otherwise.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the refund policy presented at checkout or required by law.
AxonEstate does not guarantee refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, or business performance expectations.
6. AI Features & System Limitations
AxonEstate uses automation and artificial intelligence to assist with workflows and communication.
You understand and agree that:
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted messages or actions
AxonEstate does not guarantee leads, appointments, sales, or revenue
The Service is designed to support your workflow, not replace professional judgment.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AxonEstate to:
Send spam, deceptive, or unlawful communications
Violate real estate advertising or communication laws
Harass, mislead, or impersonate others
Upload or transmit harmful or abusive content
Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxonEstate shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the previous 12 months.
14. Termination
AxonEstate may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the Service is misused.
Upon termination, access to the Service will end, and outstanding fees remain payable.
