This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for subscriptions to AxonEstate (“AxonEstate,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing or using the AxonEstate service, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Subscription-Based Service

AxonEstate is a subscription-based software service.

Access to the platform is provided immediately after payment, and usage begins upon activation of your account.

Because of this, refunds are limited and handled as outlined below.


2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard, or

  • The payment provider’s customer portal

Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing

  • Does not automatically refund fees already paid

  • Allows access to the Service until the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise stated)


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A technical issue on our side prevented reasonable access to the Service, and

  • The issue could not be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Partial usage or unused time

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Business performance expectations

  • Failure to achieve leads, appointments, or sales

  • Misunderstanding of features or suitability


4. Trial Periods & Promotions

If a free trial or promotional period is offered:

  • No charges apply during the trial unless you continue into a paid plan

  • Once a paid subscription begins, standard refund rules apply


5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Loss of access to the Service


6. Payment Processing

Payments and refunds are processed through third-party payment service providers.

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued through the original payment method according to the payment provider’s processing timelines.

AxonEstate does not control external processing delays.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
