Access to the platform is provided immediately after payment, and usage begins upon activation of your account.
Because of this, refunds are limited and handled as outlined below.

The payment provider’s customer portal
Cancellation:
Stops future billing
Does not automatically refund fees already paid
Allows access to the Service until the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise stated)
